This is very important. Our canine and feline companions will often not receive their pain medications
because of a perception they are not painful. If your pet has a fracture it hurts.

Signs of pain

a. Not eating
b. Not able to sleep or lie down
c. Crying or whining
d. Hiding
e. Panting or increased respiratory rate
